Joshua Olds is a partner and portfolio manager responsible for portfolio management, investment analysis, economic research, and trading. He has worked in the investment industry as a registered investment advisor representative since 2005 and in the financial services industry since 1996. Prior to becoming a founding member of New Potomac Partners, he was a portfolio manager at Johnston Lemon Asset Management. Mr. Olds is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a minor in mathematics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an active member of the CFA Society of Washington, D.C. Mr. Olds was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and now resides with his family in Potomac, MD.
